According to Meta's Platform Rules, we provide this page to inform you on how to delete your activities and personal data associated with our application, Lead flow.
1. Remove App Access via Facebook
You can instantly revoke our app's access to your Facebook account by following these steps:
Step 1
Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy and click Settings.
Step 2
Look for Apps and Websites to see all integrations linked to your account.
Step 3
Search for "Lead flow" and click the Remove button.
2. Request Manual Data Deletion
Removing the app from Facebook stops further data collection, but does not automatically delete leads already stored in our secure insurance backend.

To have your existing lead data (Name, Email, Phone) permanently erased, please email eldho@policyscanner.ca with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process and confirm your request within 30 business days per PIPEDA regulations.
